NACOA Membership Information

VOTING AGENT (AGENCY) MEMBERSHIP: This membership allows one person to be named as the Voting Member and main contact person for the applying agency. Additional agents from the applying agency may be added at a cost of $50.00 each. The requirements for this membership type are as follows:

	Proof of annual appointment by CLIA.
	Proof of Bond or Errors & Omissions Insurance ($250,000 minimum).
	Proof of attendance to at least one seminar, education program or conference offered or endorsed by NACOA or CLIA by an agency associate within past 12 months.
	A signed statement by an agency principal that the agency is in compliance with all state and local zoning ordinances, laws, rules and regulations. Statement must also attest to the fact that the agency is actively engaged in the marketing and sales of cruises to the general public.

Voting Agents Dues Structure: Yearly dues for this membership type are $200.00. Membership year runs from July 1 through June 30. If joining after the beginning of the normal membership year, dues will be prorated and effective through June 30, as follows:

If joining between July 1 - Nov. 30 $200.00
If joining between Dec. 1 - June30 $150.00

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP (individual is not associated with a member agency) This type of membership allows a person from a cruise-selling agency to join as a Non-Voting member. Individual membership is per person and always non-voting. Requirements for Individual membership are as follows:

	Proof of annual appointment by CLIA for the agency.
	Individual applying must submit proof of ownership or employment by the cruise selling agency.
	Individual applying must submit a signed statement verifying that he/she is actively engaged in the marketing and sales of cruises to the general public.

Individual Member Dues Structure: Yearly dues for this membership type are $150.00. Membership runs from July 1 through June 30. If joining after the beginning of the normal membership year, dues will be prorated and effective through June 30, as follows:

If joining between July 1 - Nov. 30 $150.00
If joining between Dec. 1 - June 30 $100.00

Note: NACOA memberships will only be prorated once per member at the time of joining.
